In the SMS: authentification included in the link, and a download url
get.xxx.com

After clicking on the link you go on a website where:
1) Handset is automatically detected, not difficult to achieve but very
nice for the user (I felt “secure”)
2) Give the choice to the user (if possible) when the application is
available in various version (java vs. symbian)
